Julia Kling presents RUSINFORM project at IRSEM-EUROPE event in Brussels, Belgium

RUSINFORM-Researcher and doctoral student Julia Kling presented selected results of the RUSINFORM project at an IRSEM-EUROPE event in Brussels, Belgium, on 28 May 2024. In particular, the presentation focused on the methodology of the previously published article "Mapping the Global Audiences of Russia's Domestic News: How Social Networks Function as Transmitters of Authoritarian News to Foreign Audiences" and a new article written with co-author Serge Poliakoff, University of Passau, entitled "Propaganda Amplification on Social Networking Sites: How Content Moderation Changed Russia's News Ecosystem on Facebook since Russia's Full-scale Invasion of Ukraine".
